I stayed in a Lagoon View Suite for a week in December. The room offered stunning panoramic views of the lagoon, making evenings magical while we watched the sunset. The suite felt comfortable and practical, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The location couldn't be better. it was just a short stroll to the waterbus, connecting us easily to Venice and nearby islands. The breakfast buffet had a variety of well-presented options, ensuring I always found something delicious. Staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and discreet, quickly addressing any needs. I did notice the restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive during peak times. the plastic teaspoon melted in hot tea, which was amusing yet concerning. Despite these minor inconveniences, my experience was enjoyable, highlighting the hotel's charm and fantastic views.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made our breakfast experience delightful, with a special shoutout to Alessandra for her excellent service.

The bathroom in our suite lacked a window and was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable for taller guests.

staying here for four nights was a dream because of the easy stroll to the nearby ferry that took us to Venice and the relaxing moments we enjoyed in the nearby public beach and parks, making it a perfect blend of exploration and relaxation.

More fun than I expected!

Our stay was beyond our wildest dreams! From the moment we arrived via water taxi, each detail delighted us. The suite had stunning lagoon views, and every breakfast was a feast for the senses. Plus, the friendly staff made us feel at home, handling our airport transfers flawlessly. We can't wait to return!

The packed vegetarian breakfast left much to be desired. it included a few processed snacks and some fruit but was missing staples like yogurt, bread, or cheese that would have made it more satisfying. our room had limited tea and coffee supplies for four guests, which weren't replenished—something that feels minor but can be a hassle. Lastly, the restaurant had some double-glazing issues where condensation obstructed views from certain tables, making it hard to enjoy the gorgeous lagoon while dining.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The breakfast was fresh with lovely outdoor seating, and we enjoyed easy access to the water bus, making our trips to Venice stress-free. Relaxing by the lagoon during our downtime was a highlight. I'd definitely recommend this place for its beautiful views and convenient location.

One minor downside was the bar's early closing time at 11 PM, which was a bit of a bummer for late-night hangouts with friends.

Family fantastic experience

The suite we had was impressive and spacious I still remember sitting on the terrace soaking in those stunning lagoon views. Plus we had breakfast outside every morning it was pure bliss seeing Venice in the distance.

Group perfect getaway

We had a lagoon view suite and the view was lovely, even in February. The breakfast was amazing every morning plenty to choose from and always fresh and beautifully laid out.

The cost was a bit on the high side but still manageable.
