I stayed in a Lagoon View Suite for a week in December. The room offered fine panoramic views of the lagoon was good. The suite felt comfortable and practical. The location couldn't be better. It was just a short stroll to the waterbus, connecting us easily to Venice and nearby islands. The breakfast buffet had a variety of well-presented options, ensuring I always found something delicious. Staff throughout the hotel were cute and discreet, quickly addressing any needs. I did notice the restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive during peak times. The plastic teaspoon melted in hot tea, amusing yet concerning. Despite these minor inconveniences, my experience was enjoyable, highlighting the hotel's charm and fantastic views.

Very helpful and attentive staff, particularly at the reception. Rooms are clean and well furbished, but small. Views and location are outstanding with quick access to Venice.
We had one gourmet dinner in their restaurant, which was disappointing due to the quality of the kitchen: what should have been gourmet food was simple home cooking at best. This was compensated by excellent service and very good selection of wines.

The staff were friendly and made our breakfast experience good, with a special shoutout to Alessandra for her excellent service.
The bathroom in our suite lacked a window and was quite cramped, making it uncomfortable for taller guests.

staying here for four nights was a dream because of the easy stroll to the nearby ferry that took us to Venice and the relaxing moments we enjoyed in the nearby public beach and parks, making it a perfect blend of exploration and relaxation.

The location of the hotel is wonderful- - very close to Venice without the crowds. However, the best part about the hotel is the excellent staff; everyone is very helpful and very nice. We would return in a heartbeat and will suggest Hotel Villa Laguna to anyone travelling to that part of Italy.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. Villa Laguna is also well situated and very near the ferry lines. The staff is really kind, welcoming, always willing to help, very professional, smart and well presented. All of them speak English or more langages. We also liked the disposition of the bedroom suite. The view on the laguna from the marvellous retaurant room is also unforgettable.

More fun than I expected!
Each detail delighted us. The suite had fine lagoon views, and every breakfast was a feast for the senses. Plus, handling our airport transfers flawlessly. We can't wait to return!

Convenient location and good breakfast.
Very disappointed that the Internet was not free. We had stayed at 4 star hotels and most are already offering free wifi. Also, no tea and coffee facility although there was some cutlery. No point offering a locked kitchen in the room that is chargeable if we use it.

Lagoon view from rooms, outdoor dining with views, unique garden area
Road-facing rooms suffer from noise disturbances!!! Bathrooms in older suites could use more ventilation!!! Limited bar service hours reduce relaxation options!!!

Friendliness and helpful staff. Location, location = magic views of venice at night. Extremely versatile for vaporetti - Airport, bruano, train station, p/roma - cruise ships. Bike riding, beach, lighthouse walk! Breakfast very very good.!
Unfortunately, dinner in the restaurant did not meet expectations. Service excellent, food just did not "do it" for us.
